A very homey living with a friendly Indonesian couple without kids. Price INCLUDES ALL BILLS, and fully furnished. Meals are not provided but kitchen is always open if you like cooking.
In-house facilities include separate bathroom and WC, lounge, gaming area, satellite TV with Indonesian channels, home theatre, fibre optic internet, central heating, outdoor BBQ, and nice alfresco.
Located in the prestigious Alamanda precinct Point Cook, this property boasts FREE and easy access to Alamanda Club (Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, and Tennis Courts). The Alamanda community is also protected by 24/7 security guards for peace of mind.
Point Cook is located only 35 minutes drive or 45 minutes by bus and train to the Melbourne CBD. Coles, K-Mart, Aldi, McDonalds, Nandos, and many more facilities are also locally available.
