A partment measuring more than 100 m2 in the historic and artistic heart of Florence, the city that served as the cradle of Renaissance art and culture. The residential unit, which looks out onto the Piazza della Signoria, is found on the third floor of the Palazzo Uguccioni, a 16th-century building constructed for Cosimo I, the Grand Duke of Tuscany, in the late Roman renaissance style, and it is serviced by an elevator. Positioned further forward that all the other buildings that surround the Piazza, the ground floor of the structure is decorated with bevelling, above which run two overlapping rows of coupled Doric columns.
