Here in the central Algarve we have a very attractive piece of land for sale just two and a half kilometres away from the historic and picturesque old market town of Loulé. The land is well positioned on the west side of the town and is fed by an excellent road system. Here you will find the fuse box and circuit breakers, then it travels underground to supply the house. There is an Osma septic tank and soak away adjacent to the house which the toilet feeds into. This land was bought in 2000 with intention of living there. Loulé being so close is a short bike ride where you can find everything needed including some lovely restaurants. There is also a regular bus service running past the plot.
