Once known as Cafe' Flor; this former restaurant is once again ready to open it's doors. There is lots of space for intimate open air dining as well as a bar of curved cement with a custom wooden wall echoing that theme. Wooden posts, beams and antique furniture add to the ambience. There are tile floors incoporating granito; less slippage
The upstairs and it's bath was remodeled a few years ago and is capable of being a huge wideopen residence. With gorgeous wooden floors and some great antiques, ths upstairs could provide extra dining space as well or maybe pool tables
You could also reside in the detached charming bamboo hut or rent it out.
