KPG is only rented to one party at a time. The party can consist of two persons or up to 10 persons. We do not rent out individual rooms. The privacy of our guests is one of our strongest selling propositions.
The location of the villa is simply stunning and not reproducible. Some call it the best spot in the Caribbean. Virgin Gorda has established itself as the new "hideaway" for the top of elite travellers.
Sir Richard Branson, the famous owner of Necker Island bought Mosquito Island, to establish an ecofriendly resort. David Johnson is the mastermind behind Oil Nut Bay. The Aga Khan has moved his clientele from Sardinia, Italy to the BVI and was instrumental in building the mega yacht harbor in North Sound on Virgin Gorda, which is attracting the mega yacht community.
Covered walkways and courtyard verandahs lead from the Greatroom to four large king-size bedroom suites and a master bedroom suite, each with private bathrooms. The master bedroom, which is slightly elevated from the rest of the villa, comprises a large bedroom, sitting area and a covered outdoor patio with a deep soaking tub sunk into the rocks and a Koi pond. All four suites are identical in size and furnishings. Each has a private shaded veranda with lounge chairs and breathtaking sea views.
KPG has won the prestigious World Travel Award 2006 for "British Virgin Islands' Leading Villa".
Since its opening in February 2000, KPG has accumulated a total turnover of ca. US$ 2.5 million and endured accumulated costs of US$ 1.5 million. The profit margin is quite substantial for a singular small hotel in the Caribbean with only 5 bedrooms. The new owners of the shares are placed in a "Katitche Point Holding Ltd.", and will be virtually anonymous. The BVI are well known as an off-shore, little to no taxes, business territory.
